Team-to-Team Chat is a quick and efficient way for coaches to connect. As the event organizer, you can enable or disable this feature in athlete one at any time, giving you full control over how teams communicate.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one account Click Here
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, select 'My Accounts' > 'Event Account'. In the fly-out panel, choose the type of event (Tournament or League), then select either 'Upcoming' or 'Past', and select your event.

Step 3: In the left-hand navigation menu, select 'Communication Center'. Then click 'Chat Settings'

Step 4: In the Chat Settings fly-out window, here you can enable/edit/disable access team to team chats, who has access to them (team admins, head coaches, assistant coaches, goal keeper coaches, directors of coaching).
Note: Only the event organizer can enable/edit/disable access to team chat. This includes deciding who can use it, and adjusting settings at any time during the event.
