Stay on top of event communication by viewing and filtering your chats. Whether it's one-on-one or team-to-team conversations, follow the steps below to easily access and manage your chats within athlete one.
Note: This feature must be turned on in order to view any team to team chats.
Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the left hand navigation and select 'Event Account'. From the fly-out, select the type of event 'Tournaments' or 'Leagues'.
Step 3: Next fly-out select 'Upcoming' or 'Past' > select your event.
Step 4: Click on ‘Communication Center’ in the left-hand menu, then select the ‘Chat’ tab.
Step 5: You’ll now see a list of active chats. Use the filters to view either ‘Personal Chats’ or ‘Team to Team Chats’ as needed.
