Conflict settings, if turned on, will notify you when using the calendar view (Drag/Drop) scheduling feature. Setting definitions are below.
Note: Turning on the conflict settings may occasionally result in slower performance when scheduling on the calendar view.
- Coaching conflicts between Complexes: This setting will display conflicts in the calendar view (Drag/Drop) under "Complex Conflicts." It will highlight coaching conflicts based on the scheduled times and account for coaches traveling between different complex locations.
- Time between games: This setting will display conflicts in the calendar view (Drag/Drop) under "Complex Conflicts." It will highlight coaching conflicts based on the scheduled times and account for coaches traveling between different complex locations.
- Early Start Time: Based on the distances you specify from the complex/venue, it will calculate the team's address and determine if it falls within the established travel distance parameters.
- Religious Requests: Enabling the religious setting allows teams to request not to play on Sundays. This setting will display games in the calendar view (Drag/Drop) and highlight teams scheduled on Sundays that have made such a request.
- Blackout Dates: Enabling blackout dates allows teams to submit requests for a maximum number of days they are unavailable to play. This setting will display games in the calendar view (Drag/Drop) and highlight teams scheduled on these dates that have submitted such requests.
