Codes are used to associate schedules with the appropriate complexes, venues, and teams. Below, you can copy or export any code generated by the system to input into the required template. You can find this template here and follow the steps below to access the codes.
Note: Codes will only be accessible once your teams have registered, divisions/flights are created, and complexes/venues are added

Step 1: Log into your athlete one account Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the left hand navigation and select 'Event Account'. From the fly-out, select the type of event (tournament or league), upcoming or past, then select your event.
Step 3: Select 'Scheduling' from the left hand navigation > scroll down and select the 'Import Codes'.
Step 4: Select the code type you would like to download.
Note: Team, Division & Flight, Complex & Venue Code options allow you to copy each code individually why 'Download All Codes' generates an excel file with all of the data.
