Want to gather feedback at the right time? Athlete One lets you choose when surveys are sent. Whether that's automatically after each game or on a custom date. Follow the steps below to set up your timing preferences.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one account Click Here
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, select ‘My Accounts’, then click on ‘Event Account’.
In the fly-out panel, choose the type of event (Tournament or League), then select either Upcoming or Past, and click on your specific event.
Step 3: In the left-hand navigation menu, select 'Standings & Settings' > click the 'Surveys' tab.
Step 4: Click on the '+' icon next to Surveys to create a new one.
Step 5: Customize the survey type and questions as needed.
Step 6: Click the 'Email & Auto Reminder' tab.
Step 7: Choose whether to send the survey after each game or on a specific date.
