Utilize the Duplicate Event feature to clone a previous event and carry over the existing event setup, eliminating the need to build a new event from scratch.
Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the left hand navigation and select 'Event Account'.
Step 3: From the fly-out window, toggle between Upcoming and Past events. Once you locate the event you want to clone, select the Copy Event icon on the right-hand side.
Step 4: Update the Event Name if needed, then select the Event Dates for the new event. ECNL Staff only: Select the appropriate Org Season. Once all information is correct, select Save & Next.
Step 5: Complete the payment information and select Pay. You will be prompted to type CONFIRM to confirm the event clone. Once confirmed, you will be taken directly into your newly cloned event.
The following settings and configurations will automatically carry over to the duplicated event:
- Event Address
- Complexes/Venues
- Divisions
- Flights
- Roster Settings
- Standings Calculations
- Score Reporting Settings
- Settings and Formats
Once the event has been duplicated, simply review the existing setup and make any necessary edits for your new event.
