Need to update a team's registration status? Use this guide to easily mark teams as Pending, Accepted, Not Accepted, Waitlisted, or Withdrawn all in just a few clicks.

Step 1: Log into your athlete one account Click Here

Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the left hand navigation and select 'Event Account'. From the fly-out, select the type of event 'Tournaments' or 'Leagues'.

Step 3: Next fly-out select 'Upcoming' or 'Past' > select your event.

Step 4: In the left-hand navigation menu, select 'Registration', then choose the category the team falls under.

Step 5: Check the box next to the team you'd like to update > click 'Change Status' in the top right, then select the appropriate status from the dropdown list.

Note: If you are collecting payment and have selected 'charge upon acceptance' the team will be charged automatically if the status is updated to 'Accepted'
