Sometimes teams accidentally enter the wrong name during registration. As a Tournament Admin, you can easily update this information in athlete one by following the steps below.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one account Click Here
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, select ‘My Accounts’, then click on ‘Event Account’.
In the fly-out panel, choose the type of event (Tournament or League), then select either Upcoming or Past, and click on your specific event.
Step 3: In the left-hand navigation menu, select 'Registration' and select the category the team falls under.
Step 4: Click on the team name or pencil icon next to the team name to open the team's profile.
Step 5: Once on the team page, click the 'pencil icon' again to edit basic information.
Step 6: Update the team name or any other relevant information, then click 'Save'.
