Want to see which teams used a discount during event registration? The discount report provides a detailed breakdown of teams that applied discount codes, including registration date, discount types, and more. Follow the steps blow to access this report from your athlete one event account.
Step 1: Log into your athlete one account Click Here
Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the left hand navigation and select 'Event Account'. From the fly-out, select the type of event 'Tournaments' or 'Leagues'.
Step 3: Next fly-out select 'Upcoming' or 'Past' > select your event.
Step 4: From the left-hand navigation menu, select 'Financials' > Scroll down, click on the 'Discount Report' tab.
Step 5: Here in the Discount Report dashboard, you'll be able to view the teams that have registered with discounts, when they registered, and what kind of discount they were given.
Note: You can use the filters to sort through teams who have registered with a discount.
