Need to track a payment received outside of the system? With athlete one, you can manually log a payment for any team registered to the event. Follow the steps below to add the transaction.
Step 2: From the left-hand navigation menu, select 'My Accounts', then click on 'Event Account'. In the fly-out panel, choose the type of event (Tournament or League), then select either 'Upcoming or Past', and click on your specific event.
Step 3: In the left-hand navigation menu, select 'Registration', then choose the category the teams falls under.
Step 4: Select the team you're logging the payment for by selecting the 'team name', or the 'pencil icon' next to the team.
Step 5: In the fly-out window, select the 'Payment Information' tab.
Step 6: Click on the 'Log Payment' tab.
Step 7: Here, you can log the payment for the team you've selected.
