Need to avoid schedule overlaps or excessive travel between games? Athlete One lets you define conflict settings to help streamline your tournament or league schedule and avoid common scheduling issues.
Step 2: Select 'My Accounts' from the left hand navigation and select 'Event Account'. From the fly-out, select the type of event (tournament or league), upcoming or past, then select your event.
Step 3: Select 'Scheduling' from the left hand navigation > Select the 'Conflicts' tab.

Step 4: In the fly-out window, define scheduling conflicts. These settings help the system flag and prevent scheduling issues during match generation.
- Coaching conflict: Prevent games from being scheduled at the same time for teams sharing the same coach.
- Time Between Games Conflict: Ensures teams have a minimum buffer of rest time between their games (e.g., 2 hours between matches).
- Complex Travel Distance and Time Conflict: Accounts for travel time between field complexes when assigning back-to-back games, ensuring there's enough time to commute and rest.
- Early Start Time Conflict: Prevents games from being scheduled before a certain time.
